Drink of the Month

	January Sparkling Rose™ 3 ounces SENCE™ Rose Nectar 3 ounces Champagne Twist of fresh lemon
	February Vanilla Rose™ 3 ounces SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 1/2 ounces Vanilla flavored vodka (or Vanilla Rum) 3-5 drops of fresh lime juice
	March Azteca Rose™ 3 ounces SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 1/2 ounces Tequila Pour over ice into rocks glass Garnish: Two lime wedges
	April Citrus Rose™ 2 1/2 ounces SENCE™ Rose Necaar 1 1/2 ounces Citrus flavored rum 2-4 drops of fresh lime juice
	May The Color Purple™ Rose Martini 1 ounce SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 1/2 ounces Citrus-flavored vodka 1/2 ounces Blue Curacao 1/2 ounce Pomegranate Juice Fill a shaker tin with 2 cups of ice. Add the liquid ingredients and gently roll back and forth from one tin to another 4 or 5 times. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Do not shake or it will become cloudy and aerated. Garnish: Lemon or orange twist
	June Petrushka 2 1/2 ounces SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 1/2 ounces Orange flavored vodka 3/4 ounces Cointreau Splash of fresh lime juice Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass Garnish: Lemon twist
	July Nectar 2 ounces SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 ounces Lemon flavored vodka Sparkling White Zinfandel Squeeze a lime wedge and drop into a highball glass filled with ice, pour the rose nectar and vodka. Top with Sparkling White Zinfandel. Garnish: lime wheel and pink rose petal floating or crystallized rose petals
	August Bloom 2 ounces SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 ounce Cognac 1/2 ounce Creme de Cassis Splash of Chambord Shake with ice and strain over ice. Top with Rose Champagne. Garnish: roSe petal and fresh raspberries
	September SENCE™ Asia 1 ounce SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 ounce Lemon flavored vodka 1 ounce Raspberry flavored sake 1/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass Garnish: fresh raspberry
	October Beijing Rose 1 ounce SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 ounce Citrus flavored vodka 1 ounce Lychee Liqueur Juice of 1/2 Lime Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass Gamish: rose petal floating
	November Rosa Mendiola 2 ounces SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 1/2 ounces Barsol Pisco Juice of 1 Lime 3/4 ounce Rock Candy Syrup Splash of pasteurized egg white Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass Garnish: lemon twist
	December Watermelon Rose 2 ounces SENCE™ Rose Nectar 1 1/4 ounces Melon flavored vodka 1 ounce Fresh Sour Shake with ice until well blended. May be served straight up in a cocktail glass or over fresh ice in a highball glass
